• Horizontal & Infrastructure Construction: We specialize in airfield pavements, utilities, roads, parking lots, site work, and infrastructure construction. Our team has extensive experience in high-security military and federal work sites, as well as potable water distribution systems.

• Vertical Design Build Specialty Construction: Our capabilities extend to design-build ground-up construction, interior remodeling, additions, and renovations. We have experience in commercial construction projects and can handle projects of any size and complexity.

• Renewable Energy Design-Build: We are committed to sustainable construction and green building. Our services include solar heating, energy efficiency retrofits, inverters, and data monitoring modules. We also help our clients take advantage of tax credits and other financial incentives for green building projects.

Safety and Quality

At MILCON Construction, LLC, our highest priority is the safety of our employees. We promote a safety culture through training, awareness, and mutual responsibility for the wellbeing of fellow workers. All our employees undergo safety awareness and recognition programs, OSHA 10HR and 30HR Construction Safety Certification, and American Red Cross (or equal) certification in First AID and CPR.

Our safety program is guided by the US Army Safety and Health Requirements Manual EM-385-1-1, which includes an Accident Prevention Program and Activity Hazards Analysis for every project. We also provide a Site Safety and Health Officer on every work site at all times to perform safety and occupational health management, surveillance, inspections, and safety enforcement.
