At Foxglove Chiropractic, we are dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community through a natural approach to healthcare. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all members and all ages through chiropractic care, passive and active modalities, community outreach programs, and education.
We are a family-oriented clinic, focusing on whole family care from birth on. This means we would love to see you from the day you are born until you are 100 years old or older. In this day and age, our bodies are exposed to many different stressors, both physical and emotional, which can cause a variety of issues in the body. Many of these issues are caused by impeded pathways in your nervous system, which is the control center for your whole body. Chiropractic helps the body heal from these stressors naturally by removing nerve interference through adjustments and a variety of other therapies.
Our clinic is located in the heart of Valley Junction on the east side of the street. We are currently only accepting Medicare, which means we do not accept other insurances, but can accept HSA/FSA payments. Upon request, we can give you a copy of the bill with services listed so that you can turn it in to your insurance. We do this to better serve you, when billing through insurance, the insurance company dictates how many visits you can have in a year as well as what types of services you are eligible for. At Foxglove Chiropractic, we feel that these decisions are ones that should be made between the doctor and the patient who best know the situation.
We are dedicated to patients' comfort in everything we do. At Foxglove Chiropractic, we have a variety of different ways of adjusting, and we work with you to find the ones that work best for you. Dr. Ruth has been trained in Palmer package which includes diversified, Gonstead, and Thompson. She has also been trained in instrument-assisted adjusting as well as other low-force adjusting methods. In addition to the training Dr. Ruth received at Palmer, she has also taken further classes on infant, pediatric, and prenatal care through the ICPA. Dr. Ruth is a Webster certified doctor for the care of pregnant patients through the ICPA.
