Safety First: Your Electrical System is Our Priority
Industrial Electric Testing, Inc. (IET) was established in Florida in the fall of 1987 as the testing division of Industrial Electric Construction Company. Under the leadership of James T. Hill, who later purchased Industrial Electric Testing, the company emerged as an independent testing entity. Today, IET stands as a testament to a long-standing commitment to electrical safety and reliability.
IET is a proud full member of the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA), a distinguished ANSI standard writing organization comprising independent electrical testing firms across North America and Canada. This membership underscores IET's dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards and adherence to industry best practices. As a NETA member, IET operates with complete impartiality, serving as a trusted and unbiased testing authority separate from equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and installers. This ensures that every test conducted is objective and focused solely on the safety and integrity of the electrical systems under evaluation.
Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, IET proudly serves the electrical needs of clients across North, Central, Western Florida, and South Georgia. Recognizing the diverse electrical demands of the state, IET opened a branch office in Hallandale in 1994, dedicated to serving the southern region. With a network of qualified and experienced professionals, IET guarantees the timely and expert completion of every project, no matter the size or complexity.
