Our team of experienced professionals is led by key members such as Larry L. Mar, Partner/Principal, who has over 35 years of experience in land development and oversees the company's Planning, Mapping, and Surveying services. Larry is also a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) with the State of California. Amanda Tatevossian, Assoc. Project & Production Manager, brings a comprehensive knowledge of land development and site planning, with a strong background in environmental report writing. Bryan Lopez, Partner/Senior Project & Production Manager, has over 30 years of experience in land development and supervises the engineering staff, distributing workflow and quality/value engineering project plans for cost-effective construction solutions. Veronica Stack, Partner/Accounting/HR, serves as the Controller of Southland Civil Engineering & Survey, LLP, and is responsible for all financial aspects and Human Resources.

• Hyundai California Proving Grounds: A 4,300-acre, $60 million dollar facility constructed to recreate the road and highway systems across North America.
• Residential Subdivisions: We have worked on numerous residential subdivisions for clients such as KB Home, Lewis Companies, Centex, Pulte, Standard Pacific Homes, D.R. Horton, and Essex Property Trust.
