Our team has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a combined experience of over 17 years. John Carlino, our general contractor and owner, has worked as a superintendent for Freeman Homes, a residential building company, and Malone Construction Company, a commercial and residential company located out of Atlanta, Ga. This well-rounded experience in both residential and commercial construction has equipped us with the knowledge and skills to handle any construction project efficiently and effectively.

John Carlino holds a State Licensing Board Residential & Light Commercial License, which is a testament to his expertise and knowledge in construction. Additionally, we are certified by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC) Level IA - Fundamentals, EPA Environmental Protection Agency RRP Lead Safe Renovator Initial, and we have an EPA's Renovation, Repair, or Painting (RRP) Certified Renovator Training.
