Our clinic is run by Dr. Catherine Hoag, a North Carolina state and nationally board-certified chiropractor. Dr. Hoag has received her undergraduate degree from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio, her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, and her Certified Animal Chiropractic degree from Options for Animals in Wellsville, Kansas. She is also a licensed chiropractic extremity practitioner and an IVCA licensed animal chiropractor.

Dr. Hoag is a compassionate professional who takes the time to address each patient's unique problems and concerns. Her patient treatment style is biomechanically based, and she spends time evaluating and working to correct flawed postures and poor habits that are destructive to the spine and joints. Treatment goals include proper movement of the spine and other joints of the body to produce long-term stabilization of the patient.

At Optimum Health Chiropractic, we offer a holistic approach to chiropractic care, utilizing a variety of techniques to fit the needs of our patients. We recognize that the needs and care of every patient vary, and we adjust our therapies accordingly. In addition to chiropractic care, we may also recommend stretching, exercise, and nutrition as adjunctive therapies when applicable.
