Equipment

We work with a wide range of equipment, including air handlers, water source heat pumps, variable air volume (VAV) systems, screw liquid chillers, reciprocating chillers, centrifugal chillers, pumps, and associated motors, plate heat exchangers, cooling towers, closed and open loop condenser water systems, boilers, kitchen supply and exhaust systems, outside air systems, building exhaust fans, humidification systems, and more.

Our team of skilled Service Technicians is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide service on nearly every piece of mechanical equipment. Our Service Department's capabilities include 24/7 Service and Technical Support, Multi-Site Service Agreements, Routine Maintenance Programs, Off-Site Mechanical System Monitoring, Full Maintenance Programs, Water Treatment, Air Quality Testing, Air Balance and Volume Testing, Facility Commissioning, Air Quality Analysis, and Title 24 Compliance.
