Lagree Fitness in the 406 is a unique fitness studio that offers high-intensity, low-impact muscular endurance training. Our workouts combine resistance training and cardio into one comprehensive system, designed to burn 500-800 calories in each 45-minute session. We believe that fitness should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and we strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all of our clients.

The Lagree Method

The Lagree method is a unique and effective workout system that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility training. Our slow and controlled movements require full attention from your body and mind, helping you to achieve a state of mindfulness and reduce stress. This type of training increases your stamina, strength, and core to assist in all other activities, making it the perfect cross-training option.

The Lagree method is known for building long, lean muscle tone and attacking excess bulk in the hips and thighs, resulting in a tight and toned body. Our intense sessions achieve visible muscle definition significantly faster than traditional Pilates or any other Pilates-based workout center.

Our workouts are challenging, but they are always low-impact and safe on the joints and spine. We use patented Lagree Megaformer machines that provide counter-resistance and use your own body weight to target your slow twitch muscle fibers, making it difficult to plateau and helping you to build lean muscle mass and increase your metabolism for 24+ hours after class.
