Our Floor Plans

Our apartments feature a range of floor plans, designed to meet the needs of our diverse community. Each apartment boasts full-size whirlpool appliances, Granite counter tops in both kitchens and bathrooms, energy-efficient air conditioning and heating, and ceiling fans in the living room. Our one-bedroom apartments feature a private patio or balcony, while our two-bedroom apartments offer the additional feature of a gas fireplace and two entrances. We also offer three-bedroom apartments, perfect for larger families or groups of roommates.

Moving In

Joining our community is easy and straightforward. Our leasing policy is designed to ensure a smooth transition for our new residents. Simply review our policy, download our application, and bring it to our office with your application fee. We require an application from every resident over the age of 18, along with a social security number and full address. We will run a credit report and verify the income and rental history for each applicant. That's all it takes!

Tenants' Corner

As a resident of Bay Tree Apartments, you will have access to our dedicated on-site management team, who are always available to address any concerns or issues. In case of an emergency, we have a 24-hour maintenance service available. Our residents' portal provides easy access to our community rules, pool and fitness center rules, leasing policy, and emergency procedures.
