Our History

Kenworthy Electric Inc. was founded in 1996 by Dan Kenworthy, our owner and president. Dan purchased the business from his parents, who originally started the company under the name Mile Hi Electric in 1972. Dan's dedication to maintaining the standard of quality and workmanship that would be expected of a third-generation electrician has never wavered. Through the years, our business has seen many changes, and we have adapted to new products and ideas to make our homes and surroundings safe, economical, and enjoyable.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly skilled and dedicated professionals who share our commitment to excellence. Dan Kenworthy, our owner and president, has a 2-year degree in Welding Technology and has worked in various roles, including as an electrician, welder, and equipment operator. Mary, our administrative manager, has been with the company since its inception and handles various tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, billing, and customer service. Bryan, our journeyman electrician, joined our team in 2015 and brings with him a wealth of experience and skills, including equipment operation, welding, and mechanical abilities.

Our low voltage services include wiring for phone, data, TV, and audio for homes, businesses, and ranches. As an authorized Cummins Power Generation Dealer, we provide generator services to meet our customers' power generation needs. Additionally, we are a certified Northwestern Energy solar installer, offering solar solutions to our customers.
