Permit Engineering Services, Inc. (PES) is a structural engineering firm founded in 1994 by its president, Mr. Albert Kwan, to meet the growing demand for professional engineering design in south Florida. Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, the company has rapidly expanded its operations, now licensed in Florida, Texas, and Alabama. At PES, we engineer structures utilizing tilt-up concrete walls, pre-cast modular structures, precast floors and roofs, precast insulated walls, masonry, light gage steel, structural steel, and wood. We have tackled a variety of residential and commercial projects, from single-family homes to large shopping malls, office, medical, and government buildings. Additionally, we have designed many community projects, including numerous schools systems throughout Florida.
