Northwest Eye Physicians has a rich history that dates back to 1942 when Dr. Paul Cusick founded the practice. Dr. Cusick was a pioneer in ophthalmology, and his legacy continues to inspire our team of skilled physicians and optometrists. Over the years, our practice has grown, and we have expanded to two convenient locations in Novi and Southfield, Michigan. Our mission is to provide excellent eye care to you and your family in a compassionate and supportive environment.
Comprehensive Eye Care Services
At Northwest Eye Physicians, we offer a wide range of comprehensive eye care services to meet the unique needs of our patients. Our MD ophthalmologists and OD optometrists work together to provide routine eye examinations, preventative care, and treatment for various eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye care, and dry eyes. We also offer emergency eye care services for unexpected eye injuries or conditions.
Meet Our Doctors
Our team of skilled physicians, Mary J. Elnick, M.D., Tobias George, M.D., and Dr. Sayeeda Fatima, M.D., have years of experience treating complex and routine eye diseases. They are joined by our optometrists, Dr. Ken Stein and Dr. Chris Theodoroff, who specialize in health screening eye exams, prescribing eye glasses, and soft and gas permeable contact lenses.
Our Commitment to You
We are committed to providing excellent eye care in a compassionate and supportive environment. We accept Medicare and most standard health insurance and vision plans. Our offices are conveniently located adjacent to Providence Ascension Hospitals in Novi and Southfield, and we perform surgery at these hospitals as well as Straith Hospital and Novi Surgical Center.
