Our team is led by Hillary Almond, Chief Executive Officer, who has extensive experience in water, sewer, and septic utility design and permitting. Eric Almond, President, has extensive experience with both large and small land development and drainage designs in various capacities, including engineering design, regulatory permitting, and expert witness testimony.
