Northern Engineering & Consulting, Inc. (NECI) is a woman and Indian-owned, multi-disciplined civil engineering firm headquartered in Minnesota, with additional offices in Wyoming and Montana. We are an SBA 8(a), DBE, and TERO certified firm.
