Rose City Acupuncture and Massage is a well-established business that has been providing exceptional acupuncture, acupressure, and medical massage services since 2009. Our founder, Sharon Rose, LAc, MSAOM, is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, dedicated to providing powerful, personalized care to her clients. With a background in fitness, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal issues, Sharon has a unique understanding of the physical and emotional effects of chronic pain, enabling her to relate better to her patients.

Meet Our Founder

Sharon Rose, LAc, MSAOM, is a licensed acupuncturist and a diplomate in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture by the NCCAOM. She earned her Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, one of the best alternative medicine schools in the country. Sharon has a background in fitness, functional anatomy, and biomechanics, which gives her an advanced understanding of chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues.

Sharon's personal experience with severe injury and recovery has given her a greater understanding of the emotional and physical effects of chronic pain. This experience has enabled her to relate better to her patients and provide them with the care and support they need to heal. Sharon's personal interests include science, the SCA (Ancient Rome living history), photography, tabletop gaming, travel, and metalsmithing (making jewelry).
