Convenient Location and Hours

Our office is conveniently located in Hallandale Beach, Florida, making it easily accessible for patients from surrounding areas, including Hollywood, Aventura, North Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Dania Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am-4pm, and Friday, 9am-4:30pm. We are closed on weekends.

Booking an Appointment

Booking an appointment with us is easy. Simply submit our online appointment request form, and we will be in touch to confirm your visit. For new patients, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth and productive visit, please bring the following items to your appointment:

• Health insurance cards
• Photo ID
• Primary care doctor's contact information
• List of current medications
• Referral from primary care doctor (if required)
• Previous x-rays, MRIs, or test results
