For over 45 years, Discovery School has been serving children aged 3-5 years old in the Topeka area. • Cathy Brennan, Administrative Director/Teacher: With over two decades of experience, Cathy has been instrumental in shaping the school's philosophy and educational approach. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Wilson College and a Montessori Teaching Certification from the North American Progressive Montessori Teacher Training Center in Vancouver, Canada.
• Beverly Strausbaugh, Teacher: Beverly has over two decades of experience in early childhood education and has worked with children from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Emporia State University and a Montessori Teaching Certification from the Wichita Montessori Teacher Training Center.
• Dee Mollenkamp, Teacher: Dee has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Emporia State University with a minor in Psychology. She earned her Montessori Teaching Certification in August 2017 and has worked in various educational settings, including the Kaw Valley School District.
