Our Story

Cicotte Plumbing was founded in 1991 by Brian Cicotte, Sr. with a simple vision: to provide honest and reliable plumbing services to the residents of Grosse Pointe. Starting with just one truck, Brian built his business on a foundation of quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Over the years, Cicotte Plumbing has grown into a multi-truck operation serving the entire Metro Detroit area.

This growth has been fueled entirely by word of mouth, a testament to the company's unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Today, Cicotte Plumbing is still family-owned and operated, with Brian's sons, Gary and Brian Jr., both licensed Journeyman Plumbers, actively involved in the business. Gary manages the service side of the operation, ensuring that every customer's plumbing needs are met promptly and efficiently. Meanwhile, Brian Jr. brings his expertise to our remodeling projects, crafting beautiful and functional plumbing solutions. Wife Christine orchestrates the office with expertise, while daughter Megan, a dedicated teacher, adds her support whenever her schedule allows.
