Who We Are
Brookhaven Country Day School is a private preschool located in Greensboro, North Carolina, offering a unique and comprehensive education for children from newborn to five years old. Our school is committed to providing a high-quality educational program that instills a love for learning that will last a lifetime. With a state-licensed child care facility, we offer full-time care, private Kindergarten, and an afterschool program.
Our Programs
At Brookhaven Country Day School, we believe that every child is unique and deserves a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development. Our programs are carefully designed to meet the needs of each child, from our infant and toddler programs to our Kindergarten program. Our classes are structured and academic, with a balance of social play in a non-pressured setting. Art, music, and storytelling are incorporated daily to enhance our curriculum.
Infants & Toddlers
Our infant and toddler programs are designed to meet the individual needs of each child. Our infant rooms are equipped with brand new cribs, changing tables, high chairs, carpet, and toys. Our toddler rooms feature a Busy Bee Hive theme, and our small toddler room has a Wise Owls Treehouse theme. We also have a brand new infant and toddler playground area with a soft, thick, synthetic grass.
All Day Twos to Fours & Pre-Kindergarten
Our All Day Twos to Fours & Pre-Kindergarten programs focus on recognizing the alphabet, counting, and basic shapes. Our students receive hands-on activities, art projects, and even introduction to Spanish. Our Kindergarten program prepares students for elementary school, focusing on reading, writing, and basic math skills.
