Our team, led by Herb Reese, has a combined 134 years of experience in the industry, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

We offer a wide range of services, including additions, kitchens and bathrooms, basement finishes, interior remodels, sunrooms, siding, decks and screened-in porches, garages, windows, doors, skylights, egress windows, endless pools, handyman repairs, and lead-base paint repair and remodeling work. Our experienced team is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of your project is handled with care and attention to detail.

The Reese Process

To get started with your remodeling project, we begin with a preliminary meeting to gather measurements and data needed for the bid process. Once we have all the necessary information, we start compiling prices. The bid process typically takes 1 or 2 weeks to complete. After the bid is ready, we will schedule an appointment to review it with you. Upon acceptance of the bid and signing of the contract, we can begin working on your project. Throughout the process, you will have a dedicated lead carpenter assigned to your job, ensuring that your project runs smoothly and is completed to your satisfaction.

Our Team

Herb Reese, CGR, CAPS, is the founder of Reese Construction and serves as the Sales and Estimating Manager. He has spent his life remodeling and has given back to the local industry through various professional associations. Erin Magnussen, CGR, CAPS, CGP, is the Business Manager and has worked at Reese Construction since 1998. She oversees the entire team and is involved in all steps of the remodeling process. Jeff Sweeney, Brad Sebby, Jason Reed, and Zach Schnell are our lead carpenters, each with years of experience in their respective fields.
