CrossFit Greenbrier is more than just a gym; it's a community built on the foundation of faith, fitness, and friendship. This God-breathed vision, conceived by passionate trainers Jason Antal and Corey Steele, aims to provide a haven for individuals to be their authentic selves, receive genuine care, and experience a transformative encounter with Jesus Christ through the power of functional fitness. We believe that physical strength is intertwined with spiritual growth, and we strive to empower our members to move better, eat better, and ultimately live better lives.

Our mission is to reignite the spark of joy and purpose within each individual who walks through our doors. We want to equip them with the tools and support necessary to achieve their fitness goals, cultivate lasting friendships, and deepen their relationship with God. Meet the Team

  • Corey Steele:

Corey's passion for fitness and community extends far beyond the CrossFit box. Growing up, his summers were filled with exhilarating dirt bike rides, competitive soccer games, and water sports. His athletic pursuits led him to play collegiately at Oklahoma Christian University and to race dirt bikes professionally for five years. However, it was the transformative power of CrossFit that truly ignited his purpose.

For Corey, CrossFit represents more than just a workout; it's a catalyst for personal growth and spiritual development. He finds immense joy in guiding others towards their fitness goals, celebrating their victories, and watching them transform both physically and mentally. Working alongside his community, he witnesses individuals achieving new heights in their lives, both inside and outside the gym.

As a CF-L2 Trainer, Corey's dedication to excellence and his genuine care for his members make him a valuable asset to the CrossFit Greenbrier family.

  • Jason Antal:

Jason's journey with fitness began early, encompassing a wide range of athletic endeavors from baseball and tennis to, ultimately, CrossFit. His first encounter with CrossFit in 2008 sparked a lifelong passion that fueled his dedication to both participating in and coaching the program.

Driven by a desire to continually refine his coaching skills, Jason is a Certified Level 3 CrossFit Trainer and former USAW L1 Sports Performance Coach. He has immersed himself in the world of weightlifting, attending CrossFit's Weightlifting and Advanced Weightlifting seminars, as well as Chad Vaughn's Weightlifting seminars.

Jason's infectious enthusiasm for CrossFit is contagious. He firmly believes in the transformative potential of the program and its ability to enhance the lives of individuals from all walks of life. Seeing his members embrace the challenges of CrossFit, push their boundaries, and achieve their personal best is what inspires him most.
