Laura specializes in strength training, utilizing state-of-the-art ARX technology to provide you with an efficient and measured resistance training experience that focuses on building stronger bones, rehabilitating tendons and ligaments, improving muscular strength, and optimizing metabolic and cardiovascular health. Our ARX machine is the only one of its kind in the Indianapolis area, offering a unique and unparalleled workout experience.
Claudia, on the other hand, is an expert in corrective movement through her use of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). She evaluates seven fundamental movement patterns, thereby identifying areas for improvement in your mobility and movement efficiency. By working closely with Claudia, you can reduce the risk of injury, burn more calories as a result of more efficient movements, and engage in daily activities without limitations imposed by pain.

Our experienced team has been serving clients for over 13 years, working with males and females between the ages of 14 and 85.
