Our team is led by James W. Witmer, P.E., PLS, a licensed professional engineer and land surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Jim is a graduate of Frostburg State University and holds certifications as a Maryland DNR Qualified Professional, Certified Arborist, and LEED Certified Green Associate. Our team is dedicated to providing personalized service and attention to detail, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction.
