Our History

In the early 1990s, four partners at a large regional firm realized that there was a better way to provide legal services. They decided to leave the big firm to form their own, believing that clients would appreciate the same high level of representation without the hefty costs and billable hour obsession of big law. This bold move allowed them to focus on what truly mattered - delivering exceptional service to their clients. Over the years, our firm has grown strategically, maintaining a balance between size and agility, allowing us to stay close to our clients and their needs.
