Welcome to Family and Pediatric Eye Care, the offices of Dr. Kiersten Coon and Dr. Donald Rademacher. Our practice was originally established in 1916 and is available to serve all your eye care needs. As a result of recent damage to our office, we have limited phone service at this time. • Dr. Kiersten Coon: Dr. Coon specializes in infant, toddler, and school-aged children, as well as providing comprehensive medical eye care to adults. She is board certified in Medical Optometry by the American Board of Certification in Medical Optometry (ABCMO).
• Dr. Donald W. Rademacher: Dr. Rademacher specializes in ocular disease, specialty contact lens fitting, and post-operative co-management. He is board certified in Medical Optometry by the American Board of Certification in Medical Optometry (ABCMO).
• Dr. Jacquelyn Cosgrove: Dr. Cosgrove is dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.

Our office is conveniently located at 144 Monroe Center St. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Our office hours are as follows:

• MON: 8:00am to 7:30pm
• TUE: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• WED: 8:00am to 6:30pm
• THUR: 7:30am to 5:30pm
• FRI: 8:00 am to 5:30pm
• SAT: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm - Closed Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day
