Dennis Valvano Sr. founded the agency in 1937, and his son James took over the reins in 1985. Under James' leadership, the agency experienced significant growth and expansion. In 2001, James' son-in-law Michael Varvar joined the agency and, in 2001, Michael purchased the agency. Michael has continued the family tradition of providing exceptional customer service and has overseen the agency's continued growth and success.
