Our Story

We've been serving our communities with architecture and engineering services since 1961. What started as a handful of employees in a small Akron office has grown into a 650+ employee company with 13 offices across the United States and a growing national footprint. Our story truly begins with the employee buyout of the firm's founding fathers in 1986. This laid the groundwork for our unique broad-based employee ownership structure and our operating philosophies that make us stand out. Today, we continue to grow and move forward as a unified group of professionals who provide quality, innovative design solutions for your every need.
