Certifications and Specializations

At Calybr Homes, LLC, we are certified as Green Builders, focusing on key aspects such as green building approaches, energy efficiency, managing moisture, indoor air quality, green building materials, and water efficiency. We also hold the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation, teaching us the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential for home modifications for the aging-in-place. Additionally, Brian Mohr is a Michigan-licensed residential builder, a member of the Grand Traverse Home Builders Association, and has earned the Green Building and CAPS designations. He was even elected to the board of directors for the Home Builders Association in 2012.
