Our Company History

Lynn Delagrange Inc. was co-founded in 1985 as Chateaus by Delagrange by Louis Delagrange and Lynn Delagrange. In 2000, the company's name was changed to Lynn Delagrange, Inc. when Louis retired from his position. In 2022, we were blessed to bring on Rhett Eicher as part-owner of the company, allowing us to access his considerable knowledge of commercial construction and residential building.

Our Mission

Our company is dedicated to providing personalized service for your individual and business construction needs. We can design and build homes for individuals and businesses in a wide range of styles and prices. We anticipate that in a typical year, our company will build 15 single-family residences, complete several remodeling/addition projects, and construct one or two light commercial projects. This amount of volume allows us to provide you with the personal service that we feel is necessary for the successful completion of your project.

Our team is committed to providing you with the best possible service. We have a large selection of previously built plans that may be of some assistance as a basis for the design of your new home. We also maintain good working relationships with the building and planning departments, ensuring that our projects meet or exceed local and national codes.
