Poor Living Experience at Moria Gardens

Poor Communication and Management

  • Multiple property managers created confusion when reaching out to the office.
  • No communication between property managers and residents.
  • Example: the mailboxes needed replacement, but residents were not informed and had to pick up their mail at the post office.

Unprofessional Property Managers

  • The property manager, Josh, asked for permission to let cleaners into the apartment, which the reviewer found unprofessional.

Unsatisfactory Apartment Conditions

  • The apartment was not clean when the reviewer moved in.
  • Kitchens had raw wood cupboards that needed updating.
  • Finishes were dirty, baseboards had scuff marks, mirrors had paint on them, and windows had hard water stains.
