Unprofessional and Overpriced Services

Iva B. mentioned that Jack from Global Tax Advisers estimated the cost of his services to be around $3000, but the final invoice was nearly $4000, which was significantly higher than the initial estimate. This experience led Iva B. to seek services from another provider, who charged a much more reasonable $650 for a more professional service.
Poor Customer Service
Iva B. also mentioned that when they requested a depreciation schedule from Jack, he refused to provide it, citing that he was too busy working with "big companies". This lack of effort to assist the customer further solidified Iva B.'s decision to switch to a new tax professional.
