Our owner and executive chef, Simon Chen, has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. With a passion for cooking and a wide range of culinary expertise, Simon has worked for companies large and small, in both restaurants and catering companies. His experience in the kitchen begins in Washington D.C., where he worked his way up from a line cook to the Executive Chef and General Manager of a prominent catering company. Since moving to South Florida with his family in 2004, Simon has worked at several high-end restaurants and catering companies, honing his skills in French, Italian, Asian, and traditional Chinese cuisine.
