Every apartment at Woodside Place offers the space and comforting qualities you need to make your apartment the home you've always desired. Our modern 1 - 2 Bedroom apartments give you the ability to choose from a variety of floor plans that will surely meet your highest expectations. Our apartments feature a dining room, galley kitchen with abundant cabinet space, large windows, ceiling fans, electric appliances (dishwasher and garbage disposal), and wall-to-wall carpeting in the living room and bedroom.
Poor Management and Maintenance
The property management has received criticism from multiple reviewers, who describe it as "very poor" and "horrible". One reviewer mentioned that the management failed to fix a plumbing issue that caused water to backup into their apartment, leading them to ultimately leave the property. Another reviewer had a negative experience with the leasing agent, Natalie, who stood them up for a scheduled viewing and failed to notify them when the unit was rented out to someone else.
Small Apartments and Limited Amenities
The apartments are described as small, with one reviewer mentioning that they are around 500 square feet. Additionally, the laundry facilities are limited, with only two washer/dryer units for over 15 units, making it difficult to find a free machine.
Noise from Kids and Court Fields
One reviewer mentioned that the complex has a lot of kids who tend to play in the court fields, making it very noisy.
