Unsatisfactory Experience with Home Care Aide
Issues with Aide's Performance
The reviewer, Charles Dyson, had a disappointing experience with a home care aide named Loretta. The aide started well but soon became unreliable, neglecting to provide essential services, including a 3-day weekly Epsom salt foot soaking therapy.
Damaging of Belongings
Loretta's mistakes extended to damaging the reviewer's belongings. She washed clothes in hot water despite being instructed to use cold water, shrinking them. She also folded wet clothes, which would have led to mold if not checked. Furthermore, she broke one of the reviewer's African statues and attempted to repair it with glue, causing more damage.
Friendly Staff, But.
