• In Jackson K. v. Parisa G., Justice Laura Drager excluded an affidavit from the parties' psychologist/couple's counselor, ruling that it was inappropriately submitted on the Wife's motion to dismiss.
• In Fan v. Sabin, Justice Carol Edmead granted the Defendant's motion for summary judgment, ruling that the Defendant's blood tests showing that he did not have herpes demonstrated that he could not have given the virus to the Plaintiff.
