Unprofessional and Incompetent Service

Anderson Security shares their disappointing experience with the company, giving it a 1-star rating. They found the service to be unprofessional, with delays in receiving necessary paperwork to renew their company insurance. The worst part was being presented with a significant increase in premium costs, a whopping $10,000 more than what they had previously paid, despite having made no claims during their two-year coverage period.
