Overall Experience
Both reviewers have expressed severe dissatisfaction with the school, giving it a 1-star rating each.
Lack of Communication
One of the major concerns of the reviewers is the lack of communication from the school. Clair Bear mentioned that they didn't provide updates about their child, and when they noticed issues with their child's appearance, such as missing braids, the staff didn't provide any explanations. Similarly, Mi La had trouble getting their child's enrollment information and blamed the Director/Owners for being unprofessional.
Potty Training and Hygiene
Clair Bear was unhappy with the school's handling of potty training, stating that they didn't help with the process. Moreover, they would often pick up their child with a soaked diaper, indicating a lack of attention to the child's hygiene.
Staff and Management Issues
Both reviewers have criticized the school's management and staff. Clair Bear was unhappy with the staff's attitude and lack of attention to their child's needs. Mi La, on the other hand, blamed the Director/Owners for being unprofessional and responsible for the school's poor management.
