Our History
Omega Home Health Services, Inc. was founded in 1997, and we have been proudly serving the residents of Houston, Texas, ever since. We have been Medicare licensed since 1999 and were incorporated in 2000. We are affiliated with the Texas Association for Home Care and have been CHAP accredited since 2000. We serve Harris County, Fort Bend, Galveston, Liberty, Wharton, Walker County, Rosenberg, Matagorda, Montgomery, Waller County, and its surrounding areas.

Caregiver Experience
Many users have had positive experiences with Omega Home Health, especially when it comes to the caregivers. One reviewer, Jeannie Estrada, gave the company a 5-star rating and praised her caregiver, Mariah, calling her an "angel" who not only takes care of her physically but also emotionally by listening and showing genuine care.
Complaints and Frustrations
Unfortunately, not all experiences have been positive. Some reviewers have had negative encounters with the company. One user, Sexyas HellBiker, gave the company a 1-star rating and strongly advised others to find a different home health facility. Nicole Prothro and Prncss Shae also gave the company 1-star ratings, expressing disappointment and frustration with their experiences. Prncss Shae even shared a specific incident where she was rebuked by the receptionist, who refused to let her in when she arrived to inquire about employment and inquire about how to sign someone up for care. This incident highlighted a lack of compassion and common sense on the part of the company.
