Colorado Physician Health Program

The Colorado Physician Health Program is a peer assistance program dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of physicians and physician assistants. Our mission is to provide evaluation, treatment referral, support, education, and research to help medical professionals overcome any health condition or stressor that may be affecting their ability to practice medicine.

History

CPHP was established in 1988 to provide confidential assistance to physicians and physician assistants who are struggling with health conditions or stressors that may be affecting their ability to practice medicine.
