Management Issues
- The management team is unresponsive to residents' concerns and hides in their office.
- The manager is only available during limited office hours and often locks the door during those hours.
- Corporate offices hang up on residents when they call to report issues.
Maintenance and Repairs
- Maintenance staff is slow to respond to repair requests, and sometimes does not show up at all.
- AC units are not repaired in a timely manner, leaving residents without air conditioning.
- The property's trash cans are not emptied regularly, leading to overflowing garbage.
Safety and Security
- The property has experienced theft and vandalism, including break-ins to the rent deposit box and mailboxes.
- Cars have been broken into, and pests like cockroaches and ants are a frequent problem.
Quality of Life
- The property's lawn areas are overgrown and unkempt, with no attempt to replant or maintain them.
- The pool, gym, and BBQ areas are often closed due to supposed resident misbehavior.
- The parking situation is chaotic, with many cars without permits taking up spaces meant for residents.
