We offer free consultations for those who wish to discover how we may be able to help them lose and keep off unwanted weight.

Your Role as a Patient

As a patient, we encourage you to:

  • Be an active participant on your healthcare team
  • Bring a list of concerns and medications
  • Call us before visiting the ER or hospital - we may be able to get you in the same day
  • Inform other healthcare professionals that we are your primary care provider and ask them to share information regarding your health with us
