The majority of the reviewers had extremely negative experiences with Newsome O'Donnell law firm. Common complaints included unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and overcharging for services. George Moran described Lynn Newsome as "abrasive, dismissive, and short-tempered" and accused her of having a bias against men. Anne Henry alleged that Lynn Newsome would throw clients "under the bus" and did not read or respond to communications. Bon Bon Salon claimed to have been overcharged and given poor representation by Ed O'Donnell, resulting in a bad custody agreement.
