Our History and Leadership
Bridge Counseling Associates is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization that has been in operation since 1971. We are the oldest non-profit providing individual and family counseling in Southern Nevada. Our leadership team consists of individuals highly experienced in the non-profit arena, specifically in behavioral health services. Our President/CEO, David Robeck, has led Nevada's oldest behavioral health agency since October 2014, and has succeeded in making Bridge one of the nation's first (and Nevada's only) urban Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC).
Our Services
We offer a wide range of counseling services, including individual and family therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, and substance abuse counseling. Our highly trained professionals include licensed marriage and family therapists, clinical professional counselors, and licensed substance abuse counselors who can address co-occurring mental health and addiction needs. We also provide specialized services, such as crisis intervention, trauma counseling, and telehealth services.
Our Team
Our team of therapists and counselors are highly trained and experienced in their fields. They are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Our clinical team is led by Clinical Director, Dan Ficalora, who is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) in Nevada. Our team also includes Merlelynn Harris, Clinical Director Emeritus, who has served as Clinical Director since 2015 and has led the multidisciplinary team of professionals at Bridge.
