Poor Experience with Staff and Doctors
Receptionist Issues
The receptionists at the office were consistently described as rude, unprofessional, and hostile. They were said to throw papers, slam doors, and make patients feel unwelcome. One receptionist in particular, Sandra, was mentioned as being extremely nasty.
Doctor Concerns
Several doctors were mentioned as being unprofessional and unkind. Dr. Quadeer was described as not introducing herself, being mean-mugged, and not congratulating the patient on their pregnancy. Dr. Woolfolk was mentioned as being rushed and not valuing patient care. The doctors were also accused of being negligent in their prescription practices.
Office Inefficiencies
The office was described as being disorganized, with long wait times and a lack of privacy. Patients mentioned being left in the lobby for hours and then rushed through their appointments. The office also still uses pen and paper for everything, which was seen as outdated.
