Apartment Condition and Amenities
The apartments are described as outdated, with old appliances, no dishwasher or garbage disposal, and no in-unit laundry. The hot tub has been inoperable since September 2022, and there is no outdoor area for residents to relax.
Parking and Management
Parking is sufficient, and the management has improved, according to some reviewers. However, some residents have experienced slow response times to maintenance requests, and the office manager, Nola, has been accused of being unhelpful and rude.
