Our Floorplans
We offer a variety of floorplans to fit your needs, including one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Our one bedroom apartments range from 570 to 680 square feet, with prices starting at $824. Our two bedroom apartments range from 925 to 1300 square feet, with prices starting at $1048. Our three bedroom apartments range from 1241 to 1416 square feet, with prices starting at $1360.
Our Neighborhood
Our community is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, near the quiet residential neighborhoods of Patterson Park and Shroyer Park. We're also close to local shopping and dining, as well as I-75 and SR-35. Our neighborhood is perfect for anyone looking for a convenient location with easy access to everything Dayton has to offer.

Unprofessional Management and Maintenance
