- Transitional Care: Follow-up care after hospitalization, working with a care transition team to ensure patients don't have to return to the hospital
- Energy Massage: Fully clothed, stimulating healing and motivation, helping with sleep, circulation, digestion, and increasing range of motion
- Nutrition and Dysphagia Services: Learning how to modify everyday foods and beverages as recommended in the National Dysphagia Diet
- Hospice and Palliative Care: Specialized care to patients with serious illnesses, as well as end-of-life care
- Legal Services: Will, trust, fiduciary, and other services provided by an attorney
- Home Care: Physical therapy and occupational therapy to help with strengthening, balance, coordination, daily ADLs, as well as speech therapy

Staff Professionalism and Communication
Reviews indicate that the professionalism and communication skills of the staff at IHMS are inconsistent. While some reviewers, like Lona Lewis and Jackie Del Bianco, have had positive experiences with the staff, describing them as professional and wonderful, others have had negative experiences. Gris Pino and Ladybooable found the staff to be unprofessional, with unreturned calls and poor communication.
