The first reviewer, Yasmina N., expressed extreme disappointment with her experience, stating that she would never recommend the apartment to anyone. According to Yasmina, the complex is plagued by a roach infestation, which is not addressed by the management. She also accused the property manager, Alejandra, of being "extremely disrespectful" and lying to tenants. Yasmina felt that the complex is not worth the rent, citing the known roach problem and the lack of transparency in dealing with the issue.
