Building Excellence, One Project at a Time
At Middleton Construction, Inc., we take pride in our commitment to excellence in the construction industry. Founded in 1978, our company has evolved over the years from a small residential contractor to a full-service commercial concrete company, recognized as a leading concrete company in the Midwest.
Our Story
Our journey began in 1978 as a small residential contractor, performing a variety of construction projects. As we grew, concrete construction became our forte, and we realized the need to incorporate a foundation division. The acquisition of a neighboring foundation company in 1989 made us a full-service concrete company.
Industry Advancements and Company Vision
As industry technologies progressed, we seized opportunities to better serve our customers, constantly updating our equipment and techniques. In 1993, we purchased our first laser screed, enabling us to pour larger slabs at greater production speeds, resulting in higher quality, flatter floors. The purchase of aluminum wall forms in 1997 integrated the latest technology, streamlining the construction process and enabling us to produce architectural aesthetics at a higher quality.

Problematic Contractors
The reviews highlight severe issues with the contractors' quality of work, professionalism, and services. The contractors, responsible for concrete footings, have received extremely poor ratings from their clients.
Lack of Professionalism
The reviews suggest that the contractors lack professionalism and considerate behavior. They have been reported to wake up homeowners at 7 am, disrupting their daily routine, and have been described as rude and impolite.
Poor Quality Work
The work completed by the contractors has been criticized for being subpar. One reviewer mentioned that the job done next door looks like a "cheap ass job" and expressed concerns about its durability, asserting that it may not withstand the winter weather without cracking and breaking up.
Lack of Permits
Furthermore, one reviewer specifically mentioned that the contractors did not obtain the necessary permits for the work, which raises significant concerns about their compliance with local regulations and building codes.
