Poor Living Conditions and Poor Service

The maintenance crew has been criticized for being incompetent, with services taking forever to be resolved. One reviewer even reported their apartment being robbed three times through the same window due to the lack of adequate cameras.
Communication Breakdowns
One reviewer noted that there are evident communication issues between the office, maintenance, and residents. Another resident reported that the company increased their rent without warning. This lack of transparency and poor communication has led to frustration and mistrust among residents.
Maintenance Issues
